We ship through trusted carriers and offer multiple shipping options depending on the destination and product.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST on Thursday, November 27, 2025 will be processed and shipped on Monday, December 1, 2025. We’ll include priority shipping at no extra cost to make sure your order arrives quickly. Thanks for your patience!

Orders may ship from multiple locations (e.g., cigar accessories from Visol in Texas or our home base in New Jersey; fragrances from FragranceX in New York).
You may receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon shipment.
