At Casa de Monaco, we are committed to ensuring that your order arrives promptly and in pristine condition. Please review the details below for how we handle the shipping and delivery of your purchases.
** Heads Up! Memorial Holiday Weekend & Monday Shipping Notice **
Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST on Friday, May 22, 2026 will be processed and shipped on Tuesday, May 26, 2026. We appreciate your patience during the holiday closure. For eligible orders, we may include a complimentary shipping upgrade to help get your package to you faster once operations resume.

We use trusted courier services to deliver your orders reliably and securely. These include:

UPS and FedEx (used selectively for fragrance orders shipped from our supplier)
Orders with Multiple Shipments
Please note that fragrances and body care ship separately from cigar accessories. As a result, your order may arrive in multiple shipments and at different times. You will receive tracking information for each shipment when available.
Shipping Regions
At this time, Casa de Monaco only ships within the continental United States.
We do not currently ship to:

Puerto Rico

APO/FPO or other military addresses

Processing Time & Delivery Estimates

Order Processing: Most orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 business hours after placement.

Delivery Window: Orders typically arrive within 4–10 business days, depending on your location, selected shipping method, and the time your order is placed. Please note that our distribution center is closed on weekends; therefore, orders placed on Fridays will not be processed or shipped until the following Monday.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. If you do not receive tracking information within 24 business hours, please check your Casa de Monaco profile, and if nothing is shown then contact us at: Sergio@casademonaco.com.
Shipping Address Guidelines

Accuracy: Please confirm all shipping information before placing your order. Casa de Monaco is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Address Changes: If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at Sergio@casademonaco.com. We will do our best to accommodate the change, but cannot guarantee modifications once the order has been processed.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages: If your shipment is lost in transit, please contact us so we can investigate and work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages marked “Delivered” but reported stolen. We recommend choosing a secure delivery location or requesting a signature for high-value shipments.

Damaged Shipments: If your item arrives damaged, retain the original packaging and email us promptly. We will assist in replacing or refunding the item as needed.
