Refund & Return Policy
All sales are final.
If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us at sergio@casademonaco.com within 14 days of delivery.
All issues must follow the specific guidelines for products fulfilled by our distribution partners Visol (accessories) and FragranceX (fragrances).
1. Visol Products (Accessories)
Reporting a Defect or Damage:

Contact Casa De Monaco (sergio@casademonaco.com) within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.
Return & Inspection Process:

We will provide the return address.

Ship the item back to Casa De Monaco.

We forward the item to Visol for manufacturer inspection.
-
Casa De Monaco honors the manufacturer’s final decision.
Processing Time:

Review may take up to 14 business days from the date the product is shipped back.
2. Fragrances (FragranceX Partnership)
Return Requirements:

Contact Casa De Monaco (sergio@casademonaco.com) within 30 days of shipment for return instructions.

Ship the item to the address provided.
Refund Eligibility:

Full refund: Item is unused or not used in excess. There will be an additional $6.95 USD deduction from the refund, for label usage.

Partial refund: Item shows excessive use or does not meet supplier standards. There will be an additional $6.95 USD deduction from the refund, for label usage.
Note: Refunds are issued only after FragranceX approves the return.
3. Damaged or Missing Fragrance Items

Fragrance or body care items may need to be returned to the supplier for inspection.

Refund or replacement is issued only after the supplier confirms the damage.

This process may take 1–6 weeks (business days counted only), depending on carrier and supplier.

No guarantee of reimbursement unless damage is verified.
4. Other Products Not Shipped by Our Distributors

If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us at (sergio@casademonaco.com) within 14 days of delivery and please provide your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.

We must receive the item, inspect it, and approve the damage before issuing a refund or exchange. There will be an additional $6.95 USD deduction from the refund, for label usage.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
Once your refund has been approved by our customer support, please allow 3–10 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days:
- Re-check your bank account to ensure it has not posted.
- Contact Casa De Monaco at sergio@casademonaco.com so we can investigate.
- Once we provide a result, you may then reach out to your credit card company, as refunds may take additional time to post.
We appreciate your patience and cooperation during this process.
6. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.

Sale items are final unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Final Notes

No instant refunds: All returns require supplier/manufacturer evaluation.

Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Casa De Monaco reserves the right to deny any claim that does not meet these policy requirements.
