At Casa de Monaco LLC, we strive to ensure that your order arrives on time and in excellent condition. Please read our shipping policy below for details on how we handle the shipping and delivery of your purchases.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently offer shipping to most locations within the United States. However, due to specific logistical challenges and safety regulations, we do not ship to the following locations:
- Hawaii
- Alaska
- Puerto Rico
- Guam
- U.S. Virgin Islands
- California
- Outside of the United States of America
Why We Don’t Ship to These Locations:

Hazardous Materials Regulations: Many of our products, including lighters and other items that may be classified as hazardous materials, are subject to strict shipping regulations. The extended transit times and additional handling requirements for these locations make it difficult to ensure safe and compliant delivery.

Logistical Challenges: Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories involves longer transit times, higher costs, and additional complexities. These factors can lead to delays and increased shipping costs that we would rather not pass on to our customers.

Carrier Limitations: Some of our shipping carriers have restrictions on delivering hazardous materials to these locations, or they may not provide service at all to certain remote areas.
2. Processing Time

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Delays: Please note that processing times may be delayed during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters/harsh weather delays or supply chain disruptions. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will notify you via email.
3. Shipping Timeframes
- Domestic Shipping: Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery timeframe is between 2-12 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping Methods: We offer a variety of shipping options, including standard, expedited, and express shipping. The available methods and associated costs will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the order, shipping method, and destination. Any applicable shipping fees will be added to your order total and displayed at checkout.

Free Shipping: We may offer free shipping promotions on select orders or products. If applicable, free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout.
5. Order Tracking

Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

6. Shipping Address

Accuracy: Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Address Changes: If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at Sergio@casademonaco.com. We will do our best to accommodate changes before the order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee this in all cases.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at Sergio@casademonaco.com. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange for a replacement if necessary.

Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered but are reported stolen. We recommend using a secure delivery location or requesting signature confirmation for high-value orders.

Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact us immediately at Sergio@casademonaco.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
8. International Orders, Customs, Duties, and Taxes

No International Shipping
At this time, Casa de Monaco LLC does not ship outside the United States. We currently serve customers within the contiguous U.S. only.
