Shipping Policy

At Casa de Monaco LLC, we strive to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner and in excellent condition. Please review our shipping policy for details on processing times, shipping methods, and delivery expectations.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to most locations within the United States, excluding the following:

  • Hawaii
  • Alaska
  • Puerto Rico
  • Guam
  • U.S. Virgin Islands
  • California
  • Outside of the United States

Why We Don’t Ship to These Locations:

  • Hazardous Materials Regulations: Many of our products, such as lighters, are classified as hazardous materials and are subject to strict shipping regulations. These restrictions make it difficult to ensure safe and compliant delivery to certain locations.
  • Logistical Challenges: Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories involves longer transit times and higher costs, which can lead to delays and increased fees for customers.
  • Carrier Limitations: Some shipping carriers do not support deliveries of certain hazardous materials to remote areas, limiting our ability to ship there.

2. Order Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
  • Orders fulfilled by Visol, one of our primary shipping partners, may take up to 5-7 business days before shipping. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.

Delays: Processing times may be extended during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, harsh weather, or supply chain disruptions. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you via email.

3. Shipping Timeframes

  • Once your order has shipped, delivery time depends on your location and selected shipping method:
    • Standard Shipping: 4-12 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days
    • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days
  • Orders fulfilled by Visol may take an additional 5-7 business days before shipment.

Please note: These are estimated timeframes and do not account for unexpected carrier delays.

4. Shipping Methods & Costs

  • We offer Standard, Expedited, and Express shipping options at checkout.
  • Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, shipping method, and destination and will be displayed at checkout.
  • Free Shipping: We may offer free shipping promotions on select orders or products. If applicable, free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
  • If you encounter issues with tracking your order, please contact Sergio@casademonaco.com.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping information is accurate when placing your order.
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
  • If you need to change your address, contact Sergio@casademonaco.com immediately. We will try to accommodate changes before the order is shipped but cannot guarantee modifications after processing.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages:

If your package is lost in transit, contact Sergio@casademonaco.com. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange for a replacement if necessary.

Stolen Packages:

We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered but reported stolen. For high-value orders, we recommend selecting a secure delivery location or requesting signature confirmation.

Damaged Packages:

If your order arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact us at Sergio@casademonaco.com immediately. We will work to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

8. No International Shipping

At this time, Casa de Monaco LLC does not ship internationally. We currently serve customers within the contiguous U.S. only.
