At Casa de Monaco LLC, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please review our policy below.
1. Returns
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, customized products, and final sale items.
Return Process: To initiate a return, contact us at Sergio@casademonaco.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, fuel)
- Customized or personalized items
- Digital downloads and gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
3. Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Partial Refunds May Be Issued If:
- Items are not in their original condition (e.g., lighters filled with fuel).
- Items are missing parts or damaged not due to our error.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. For an exchange, contact Sergio@casademonaco.com.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We cover return shipping costs.
- Buyer’s choice (change of mind, wrong item ordered, etc.): The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company (processing times may vary).
- If the issue persists, email Sergio@casademonaco.com for assistance.
7. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or clearance items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
