Refund Policy

At Casa de Monaco LLC, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please review our refund policy below.

1. Returns

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as perishable items, personalized products, and final sale items.

  • Return Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After this period, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, fuel)

  • Digital downloads
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items

3. Refunds

  • Approval: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment.

  • Processing Time: Refunds could take up to 30 business days to process once we receive your returned item. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items not in their original condition (Ex: Fuel added to Lighters), damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at Sergio@Casademonaco.com. We will guide you through the exchange process.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Original Shipping Costs: If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to our error.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

  • Processing Time: If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

7. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for a refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.
